Friday 3/21 - Good Friday.
Sunday 3/23 - Easter Sunday.
*Passover is in late April this year and I would think that's a far more major holiday.

Most of the bus lines do not run on Shabbat or on Jewish holidays. Service ends on Friday afternoon and resumes Saturday evening.
